Since 1993, the farm has evolved from a pioneering operation into a globally respected producer, guided by continuity of knowledge rather than scale alone. Grown naturally in our saltwater wetland

Our Barramundi are grown within our unique saltwater wetland system, fed by the tidal currents flowing from the adjacent Adelaide River. These expansive ponds reflect the species’ native habitat, allowing the fish to mature under conditions that closely mirror the wild. The result is fine muscle structure, naturally opalescent flesh, and a clean, composed flavour profile—qualities that cannot be engineered, only cultivated.

Raised in concert with the surrounding environment, our farming practices work in harmony with the region's natural biodiversity. Our farm was the first Barramundi farm in Australia to be recognised for responsible aquaculture by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council. Our innovative saltwater wetland treatment system mimics the natural tidal mangroves in which barramundi thrive.
